ANA Business Marketing of Northern California Board Members serve the needs of the Northern California B2B marketing communications community in a myriad ways, overseeing activities and programs, planning and organizing marketing seminars, and upholding the highest professional standards in B2B marketing. Sarah Autrand

Sarah Autrand is a creative, strategic, and energetic marketing consultant with over 15 years experience acquired from a career spanning many top brands and over 30 successful emerging enterprises. Leading technology companies include Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), Fujits, Sun Microsystems (Oracle), Apollo Group (University of Phoenix), as well as numerous emerging and midrange technology companies in a broad range of consumer and enterprise software categories, most of which have been acquired or continue to thrive as businesses. Not limited to marketing IT, her background includes driving marketing in the nonprofit, education, professional services, and life sciences fields. Sarah has authored several articles and whitepapers, and has been quoted on Silicon Valley marketing trends in the India Post, Palo Alto Weekly, San Francisco Business Times, Silicon Valley Business Ink, and San Jose Business Journal. She has ghost-written, authored or co-authored articles published in a variety of media, including Government Security News, Silicon Valley Business Ink, Corporate Counsel Magazine, and Cloud Times. She has won over 20 awards, including in the fields of Science, Management, and Leadership. She completed her undergraduate studies with Honors in English (Literature) at San Francisco State University, earned her M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, and holds several writing diplomas and certificates. Isabelle Coste

Isabelle has been an active member of ANA Business Marketing since 2015. She is currently the treasurer for the Northern California chapter. Previously, she was in charge of the ANA/BMA relations. This has been instrumental in maintaining the effectiveness of the chapter after the acquisition of the BMA by the ANA. Isabelle is a long-time demand marketing professional, most recently at Gigamon Inc. Previously she held marketing roles at Tely Labs Inc, Logitech and Hewlett-Packard. Truly multicultural, Isabelle has lived and worked in the US and various countries across Europe. She holds an MBA from the EMLYON Business School in France as well as an MSc in Finance from the University of Lancaster in the UK. Eric Andrews

A veteran of the marketing industry for more than 25 years, Eric Andrews has spent time on both the Client and Agency sides, and has lived and worked in New York, Australia, Japan and England and the Silicon Valley. Eric joined Oracle in April 2016 as Vice President, Demand Operations. In that role, Eric has global responsibility for marketing operations, demand generation, digital marketing and sales plays for the Cloud Infrastructure group. Prior to Oracle, Eric was Corporate Vice President of marketing at Juniper Networks where he helped launch Juniper’s demand generation capability. Ted Kohnen

Ted has served on the ANA Business Marketing NorCal Board of Directors in different capacities over the years. First as VP of Finance and then as the Chapter's President from 2016-2018. In his role, Ted works closely with the Board to develop and execute educational programs, events and other opportunities that continually offer great value to ANA Business Marketing members.

Ted is an advertising agency executive who currently serves as President of the digital agency, Retina (a Transiris Company). As President, he works closely with CEOs, CMOs and other marketing decision makers on the development and execution of business, product and marketing strategies in order to accelerate business performance.

He is charged with the integration of a world-class marketing technology offering that includes AI, marketing automation, CRM and business intelligence and data solutions with award winning marketing strategy, creative and brand/demand go-to-market solutions. Throughout his career, he has pushed the boundaries of marketing and advertising. He and his teams have won numerous ANA Business Marketing awards and marketing technology accolades. Ted has led key account wins and assignments with ADP, Boeing, Centurylink, LG, NCR, Oracle, Tata Consultancy Services, Weight Watchers and Western Union.

Ted earned his B.A in International Business and Management from Dickinson College and his M.S. in Technology Management from Columbia University.

Michael Ruby

With nearly two decades of experience as a writer, director, strategist and performer, Michael is the Chief Content & Experience Officer at Stein IAS, helping B2B brands of all kinds embrace cutting-edge creative technology and brand storytelling.
