NorCal BMA Board Members serve the needs of the Northern California B2B marketing communications community in a myriad ways, overseeing activities and programs, planning and organizing marketing seminars, and upholding the highest professional standards in B2B marketing. Ted Konen

Ted Kohnen, President

Ted has been an active member of the BMA both in the NYC chapter and at the national level. As President of BMA NorCal, Ted is responsible for overseeing all activities of the Chapter. Ted works closely with the Board to develop and execute educational programs, events and other opportunities that continually offer great value to BMA members. Ted is the Managing Director of Stein IAS San Francisco driving brand and business objectives for clients in technology, financial services, business services, media and other important B2B sectors. For nearly a decade, Ted was Stein IAS’ Chief Marketing Officer, building the Agency’s award-winning integrated marketing and data analytics practice in the Americas and driving the communications efforts of the agency on a global scale. At the same time, Ted has been an engagement lead and brand steward for global brands such as ADP, Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), Juniper Networks, PR Newswire, Towers Watson, TheLadders, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Key Technology. Isabelle Coste, VP Finance

Isabelle is the Vice President of marketing at Tely, leading a great team to enable HD video collaboration to be deployed deeper into enterprises. Throughout her high-tech career, she built meaningful B2B and B2C brands and drove sales results through innovative marketing, channel, partnership and communication conceived strategies and executions. Previously, she held marketing executive roles at Logitech and Hewlett-Packard. Truly multicultural, Isabelle has lived and worked in the US and various countries across Europe. She holds an MBA from the EMLYON Business School in France as well as an MS in Finance from the University of Lancaster in the UK, and a BS in Accounting from Aix-en-Provence University in France. Eric Andrews, Director, ANA and BMA Relations

A veteran of the marketing industry for more than 25 years, Eric Andrews has spent time on both the Client and Agency sides, and has lived and worked in New York, Australia, Japan and England and the Silicon Valley. Eric joined Oracle in April 2016 as Vice President, Demand Operations.  In that role, Eric has global responsibility for marketing operations, demand generation, digital marketing and sales plays for the Cloud Infrastructure group. Prior to Oracle, Eric was Corporate Vice President of marketing at Juniper Networks where he helped launch Juniper’s demand generation capability. Tony Harris, Past President

Harris is the immediate Past President for NorCalBMA. He has over 15-years experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing and is currently Sr Manager, Global Demand Center at NetApp in Sunnyvale, where he is leading global teams to programs to deliver marketing qualified leads to sales. Prior to NetApp, Tony was Senior Marketing Manager at Cisco, responsible for strategic programs in the service provider market. Prior to Cisco Tony served as Director of Worldwide Demand Generation at Genesys, preceded by assignments as Product Marketing Manager and Consultant launching products at Adobe, Intuit, and three start-ups. With over 30 years of experience as a software engineer and writer, Venkat has worked for a variety of clients, large and small. Daniella Sardi, VP of Memberships and Professional Development

Throughout Daniella’s career she’s held both sales and marketing positions. This has given her a solid foundation to succeed in role and combine both skillsets to help drive results. She is extremely customer focused and transparent, known for professionalism, integrity, witty humor (when appropriate), and consistently providing quality results based on exceeding her clients expectations. Daniella is fun, energetic, hard-working, self-motivated, and has the ambition to make it happen. In her current position with TriNet she’s passionate about working with small to midsized businesses helping them contain costs and improve operating margins through strategic HR and Large Group Benefits Admin and Compliance Functions helping her clients stay focused on their mission critical. TriNet’s bundled HR solution offers a cloud based business model that dovetails nicely with Daniella’s skillset and enables her to deliver both for TriNet, and as an advocate for her customers. Nancy Taffeta-Santos, Director, Sponsorships & Partnerships

Nancy has over 21 years of B2B experience in both marketing and sales. She currently is the Senior Sales Director, Advertising Sales at eMarketer and closely works with clients to create winning strategies to increase their digital presence, creating brand and demand. Prior to joining eMarketer ten years ago, Nancy wore several marketing hats in the software, hardware and broadcast industries. She held positions at Webtrends, Tektronix, KTGM and KUAM. She holds a BA in Journalism from Temple University in Philadelphia. Nancy also serves on the board of the Temple Alumni Association of Northern California.
