BMA’s Membership Satisfaction Survey goes out every year, asking our membership what they love, what they don't care for, what they would like to see more of. It's part of Norcal BMA's ongoing commitment to provide relevant programs and services. The email survey of all active members requests candid responses to multiple choice and fill-in questions. Responses help assess demographic information as well as current satisfaction levels with a variety of member services.

This year's report provides all the latest results, using last year as a benchmark, with much of the data graphically illustrated to make it easier to understand and digest. Available exclusively to BMA members.
